Burnout prevention is becoming an increasingly important topic. Our customers are requesting numerous lectures, workshops and seminars.

The new seminar Healthy Leading complements the other solution services and within a short period, it turns into a popular "sure-fire success" with our customers. Executives are made aware of employee problems and learn to act quickly and professionally.

In cooperation with the department of occupational medicine at the Amsterdam University, we develop an interview instrument for stressed teams and departments - B.R.A.IN. Now our customers can quickly react to and request quantitative and qualitative analyses within their corporate areas. We provide practical data and analyses.

INSITE-Solutions: Customer inquiries and our growing expertise in this area lead to the development of a modern, flexible and versatile instrument for self- and stress management: Healthy Working is introduced to our EAP customers in several different formats.

Since the beginning of 2005, INSITE is a GmbH. New employees join us, the network expands. A professional support network for companies has turned into a well-positioned consultancy company. The focal point remains the EAP.

With a growing number of customers, the spectrum of services expands: Apart from the EAPs, new supplementary approaches are developed for executives and employees in critical situations. The topic “Leadership in Times of Change” becomes more and more important.

Hansjörg Becker was appointed to the international INSEAD Business School in Fontainbleau near Paris. The founding partner Roger D. Lehman has been a Professor there since.

Task Force and crisis intervention: INSITE supported freed hostages during the Moscow Dubrovka Theatre hostage crisis. This success was an important starting point for our international network.

During the collaboration with a key customer, an international consultancy company, our first Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) by INSITE is devised for 5000 staff in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It differentiated itself from programmes of other providers with the same name by the high quality standard of counselling.
