An effective means of reducing stress!

A brand new and well-evaluated concept from the UK now allows companies to offer all their employees the possibility to learn the right approach to handling stress. Quick, efficient and economical.

Stress Control works with large groups and is run in six weekly 90-minute courses. Group sizes from 20 to 100 employees are possible. The objective of Stress Control is to provide employees with fundamental knowledge about stress and to equip them with tangible guidelines.
Studies have revealed that, when compared to individual courses, Stress Control works at least as well and with a similar sustainable impact. Six modules teach the participants how stress affects the body, thoughts, feelings and behavior and which measures they as an individual can take to counteract and deal with stress. Handouts and homework supplement the course. Frequent stress proportions such as sleeping problems, depressive moods, anxiety or burnout are handled separately and are concluded with specific recommendations to resolve them.
