How does EAP work?

You can reach your EAP whenever you need it – around the clock and 7 days a week.

Every counselling session that you occupy is bound to an oath of secrecy and is absolutely confidential. Your employer will not be aware that you are using the counselling service.

The EAP service works independently and externally.

One counsellor will look you after you. You have received his personal counsellor profile including a photograph and contact data. He knows your concern and you can approach him during the entire consultation process.
